Mark is fantastic! We were heading away in a family trip & needed a car seat upgrade. Mark ensured it arrived on time & even worked in with our travel times so we could pick the new car seat up along the way rather than making an additional trip to collect. Much appreciated!
We've purchased two Thule strollers, a Maxi Cosi capsule and many accessories from föray in the last five years or so and we always had great customer service and quick shipments. Recently a part on our Thule stroller failed and despite being just outside the warranty window, Mark and the team were very kind and quick to help us out with a replacement. A huge thank you to the team at föray and Thule!
My experiences echo those of a few unfortunate Foray customers: Very keen to take your money, not very keen to provide you with the product or any updates around them, and a level of rudeness rarely encountered. After sending a series of emails we received a response two months after ordering that provided a series of far fetched excuses and a new delivery date that still wasn't met. The stream of consciousness responses from Mark suggest that he is highly entitled, habitually rude to customers, a poor proof reader of his own emails, and included the classic line of "but no one else has complained" despite these reviews suggesting quite the contrary (and the response review suggests that more than one complaint was received, and that Marks statement was a lie). The product is fine, but the distributers should be kept away from the public. Strongly recommend that purchases are done in person to avoid the drama or purchasing from literally anywhere else.
Extremely poor customer service: rude and insulting. They do not have stock on hand and kept promising delivery and it did not happen. If you want to have an array of broken promises, be treated poorly and mocked then this is the place to come! In summary: After not receiving updates on an order I follow up with an email to which I get told the unit will be sent out 2 days later which was good news. 3 days later no updates so I reach out again asking if it was sent otherwise I prefer to cancel my order. I get told a staff member will deliver to my address and then later that day I get told they won't. With so many broken promises I ask for a refund, the person Mark, asks for my account which I gave to him. The next day I ask if my refund is processed and my order cancelled. I needed to follow up as after a week of broken promises and rude customer service I need my money back. He very rudely replied saying that he couldn't process my refund any faster and for me to 'Chill out'. I ordered the same item online from EVO which they price matched, extremely good service, kind and quick, had my item sorted that very day. Stay clear from this people - Thule is not like this so don't let that sour the amazing brand they are. Just poor New Zealand representation.

Mark and the Foray team have been pleasant to deal with and our customer experience was top notch. The Covid pandemic resulted in shipping delays that Foray couldn't have foreseen but they kept us informed throughout the entire process and handled it professionally. The Thule product lines carried are top quality and I would order again without hesitation. Great work Foray!
