   Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience-not allow consumer buy products！ I purchased around NZD 400 worth of sleepwear on 10 December as a gift for my family. Now is on sale, with a price difference of approximately NZD 150, so I returned to the store to request a price match. The staff informed me that a price match was not allowed in this store,unless I agreed to spend the NZD 150 difference in their store on more sleepwear. I then asked whether I could refund and re-purchase the items, which is a common and reasonable solution offered by many retailers. This was also refused, and I was told I could not re-buy the items at this store! This was extremely confusing and felt contrary to basic consumer rights! As a result, I decided to refund all items. However, the situation became much worse: The staff only refunded the NZD 150 price difference, took all the items back. Thankfully, I checked my receipt after returning to my car and realised there was a serious mistake — I was nearly NZD 200 short on my refund. If I had not noticed this error, I would have lost almost NZD 200 for nothing. This is completely unacceptable and extremely concerning. the entire process took around 50 minutes, causing me to miss my medical appointment.

   Choices of pyjamas sets in viscose are really good as viscose is cooling to the skin and comfortable for sleeping. They won't make you feel too hot under the duvets. The decoration of the store is always cheerful and attractive.

   I went in to Peter Alexander Albany today to purchase a father's Day gift on behalf of my daughter and was honoured to receive the most amazing customer service from Rochelle ( not sure of spelling) Each customer Rochelle provided service to including myself was Professional and friendly. I'm sure each customer felt the same as me .. that she gives you her full attention which doesn't feel interrupted when she acknowledges other customers. Thanks Rochelle for your kindness and great customer service... my daughter was also appreciative that you wrapped the gifts so beautifully.

   I love Peter Alexander in general, the quality and prints/materials are always beautiful. Special shout out to this store though as it has some of the loveliest girls working there. They’re bright, cheery and very helpful without crowding you. I’m always happy when I enter and even happier when I leave.
