I first noticed him as I entered through the ramp entrance; he passed by with a friendly smile and picked up every bit of litter along the way. Throughout my shopping trip, which lasted over an hour, I kept seeing him actively working — always on the move, always attentive. His dedication and strong work ethic were so impressive that I asked another team member for his name and role.
