   I’ve visited the dollar Outlet Store multiple times, and unfortunately, the customer service experience has been consistently disappointing. Each time, one of the staff members — a customer service lady — has been noticeably rude and unhelpful. Rather than offering assistance or greeting customers politely, her attitude comes across as impatient and dismissive. Simple questions are met with eye-rolling or curt responses, which makes the entire shopping experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

   Never Going Back – Treated Like a Thief Over a Baby’s Toy! I walked into this store with my 2-year-old daughter, and she happily picked up 3 bubbles. I put 2 back on the shelf and kept 1 for her. But the old man at the counter literally questioned me in the rudest tone: “Where are the other two?” Are you serious?! I felt like I was being accused of stealing—over a baby’s toy! The way he spoke to me, with no respect or understanding, made me feel completely humiliated. I dropped everything and walked out without buying a thing. This kind of behavior is disgusting. Zero customer service, zero basic decency. Avoid this place at all costs

   Worst experience ever! OMG, the old-aged man at the counter in this store is incredibly rude. He looks at every customer like they’re trying to steal something! I had a full basket of items ready to purchase, but the way he stared and treated people made me so uncomfortable that I just dropped my basket and walked out. Absolutely no manners or basic customer service skills. And on top of that, the prices are ridiculous – way too expensive for what's supposed to be a dollar store. Honestly, they should rename it "Expensive Outlet" instead. Never going back again!

They have some really cool home decors and ideas for gifts. I highly recommend them for birthday cards they are cheap in price and very good quality a big selection to choose from. They also have the best gifts for special occasions and decorations for Halloween , Christmas..
