I was helped by Amy Kim today at the Lancôme stall and she was absolutely amazing. I had the best service from her today and she was knowledgeable about all the products with great recommendations. Definitely will be back!
I popped into the store a few days ago, and a lovely young lady named Gabby helped me find exactly what I needed. She was so patient and kind. And I must say, the Bondi Sands gradual tanner I purchased works beautifully. I’m very pleased.
There's better option online for same items with better prices and more variety. So before shopping here spend some time with computer but some deals worth. Otherwise put a blind shade on your eyes like a horse and pass away from this store, prices are near to Himalayan heights and you have a couple items to explore before making your pocket loose here but ladies can stick here for couple more minutes because they have no choice to escape from here due to their shiny mirrors and outdated colors.

This is one of the bigger Farmers and has complete offering including housewares and beddings. This is located inside the Westfield shopping centre and is easily accessible by car and bus.
May 2023 Another great Farmers store to shop in. The staff were certainly helpful when we asked for particular items that may be available. Farmers Card membership was certainly very well worth it and substantial discounts were available on the items we purchased. We ended up shopping here twice on the same day having looked at othe competing shops in the mall. Cleanliness seems to be a priority too, which helps make shopping at the Farmers a pleasant experience.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went to Farmers this afternoon with my partner to browse some perfumes with an intention of buying one. As soon as we walked into the perfume section, they made us VERY uncomfortable. They spoke loud enough for us to hear, saying stuff that implied that I was going to steal the testers or the perfumes themselves. They even started taking some testers down because they were just so sure I was going to steal… They also approached us multiple times and it almost felt like they were surrounding us. I understand it is important to be aware of thieves but that is just pure discrimination. We felt so uncomfortable. I am seventeen and I probably make more than these employees lol. Sort your staff out. Just because I don’t look like your standard of fancy, doesn’t mean I’m going to steal.
Just went in to get some Lancôme foundation. The lady that helped me was so incredible, helped me find the perfect shade, was very patient and so so kind. Thanks guys great work
