   We bought a high chair but They had very damaged both top part of chair. We contacted the company and shop, went to the shop to exchange new one but all high chair had same damage that the shop had so we had to back to shop again to get new one. The staff of lady in the shop was very rude attitude for customer and not nice and kind. So customer service is very poor quality. I liked cute design and color of the high chair so very disappointed and it’s shame.

   Great prices for stylish stroller sets and kids furniture including toddler beds. Nice to also find gift ideas and very affordable pieces to add to baby hampers, also available were beautifully put together hamper baskets for new bubs. Service was also a plus!

   We purchased a high chair and a toddler bed frame. While the high chair came with no visible issues, we honestly wish we could love the toddler bed as we've been eyeing it online for some time now, but it came with loads of defects. While the bed frame itself is 'usable' (minus the wobbly bed base panel), for the price, I wish it was better made. Not sure if it's on the fault of the business and/or the couriers, but we received a toddler bed frame in shoddy packaging, that had fragments of missing wood, dried hot glue markings, and a dark blue coloured dent in one of the legs. Not to mention, a wood panel came separate from the bed base itself (we were confused at first why there was an 'extra' panel, before realising it was part of the bed base). This revealed nails which can be very dangerous had we not hammered the wood panel back onto the nails (though it resulted in not being as tightly fixed in place as the other bed base panels).
