   I certainly would not recommend shopping at Kids Republic Parnell due to the horrible staff member the Owners have employed at their Parnell store. As per the feedback below from another customer Justyna Jezowska I also experienced the disgusting behaviour from the tattooed girl. Why you would employ such a person for a children’s store is beyond me!? I would not let my child go any where near her and her vulgar mouth !! And to be in a customer service role is also beyond me. I felt so sorry for the other young lady who was serving in the store that day I was there. No doubt the ghastly tattoo girl is bullying her. Such a shame for a small NZ business like Kids Republic which I would usually love to support. But as we all know customer service is everything and can be detrimental to your business when you get that wrong especially with customers that have very wide networks !!

   Cute clothes for kids! Store full of everything except enthusiasm and professionalism from the nose tattoo sales girl! Didn’t even catch her name because she was utterly boring and zonked out looking. Zero interest in any of the customers from her. Not even a “hi” or “can I help you”. Just a face plonked to her cellphone at the desk the whole half hour I was there. I was actually disgusted to be paying over 350$ to her because she for sure did not do anything to make a sale for the business. Not to mention bs about running out of paper bags, she was going to send me off carrying a pile of clothes, shoe box and a book in my arms to the Westfield carpark until I repeatedly asked her to double check for more and check out the back and again asked another sales lady who happened to just come out of the back room, for a bag which she literally within 2 seconds whipped out from right in front of her at the desk. ?! moment for me right there. I do really hope the tattoo face does not work there on a regular basis because I’d rather go spend my money somewhere where they at least greet their customers.

   I am not one to write reviews usually but I felt I had to echo some of the already amazing reviews below. I made an online order on Sunday 8th Jan with the hope I would receive in time for my daughters first birthday Saturday the 14th. I called on Monday to see what the chances were as was going to make arrangements for a click and collect if needed instead and I was advised that they were confident I would have by mid week. I received today! Wednesday 11th Jan. This included getting items sent from another store and sent to me. Amazing service on the phone and in general!

   I never usually leave reviews but felt I had to with this. We ordered two outfits for our baby twins for their online birthday party celebrations (due to lockdown, we're having a Zoom party instead!) this weekend. I explained that we needed them as quickly as possible in the comments and why. They were sent the next morning and arrived the day after. The owner left a handwritten note in the package and the outfits are great! Thanks for great service - we'll try to order some more bits soon!
