“If you get the chance to visit, it is well worth it. The vegetarian roast was so good! Everything was cooked to perfection and the presentation on the desserts was really great! The staff were really friendly and the service was fast! The decor was beautiful too!”
“I love this place. The food, atmosphere and staffs are sooooo nice. You can order different dishes and share. You should try here if you have never been. You won’t regret it!”
“My friend wanted to try Concord out and having perused the menu online (who doesn’t) I was in like Flynn. We shared the pate entree that was delish. The only negative was the chargrilled toast tasted burnt. But the pate was sublime. My friend had the steak sandwich “rocking” was her review. I had the fish. This was outstanding. Cooked to perfection, a flavourful delicate butter sauce and fresh, Al dente asparagus. The best. The ambience was awesome and the service was great. Didn’t get the server’s name but she was a delight. Highly recommend.”
“Since John took over, this pub has gone from strength to strength. He's added so many features (doggy biscuits and beers, kids play area, lots of board games, weekly food trucks, weekly quizzes) that have made it not only a family friendly, local pub, but also a destination. Offering some amazing beers, wonderful staff will take you into their care and ensure you can kick back and relax. Dog friendly, kid friendly, social team friendly, it really does offer do much! Thanks for everything team, we love you!”
“Very tasty Korean Fried Chicken in Wellington. We ordered the original crispy chicken meal and the The Big Burger with volcano chicken. The crispy chicken is real crisp and super juicy. Love the spice level of the Volcano too. Well worth the trip for us as we came from Porirua seeking for a yummy korean fried chicken and they didn't disappoint. The burger is really good but a bit tricky to eat so can get a bit messy. The meal/combos are a good alternative for a single diner. Good portion size and their chips are real good as well.”
“Our family loves Spice Kitchen's Butter Chicken! Upper Hutt has some amazing Indian restaurants but theirs is my favourite. Has the mango chicken tonight, it was yum! Not very sweet and overpowering like others I've had! Thank you!”
“Good food, friendly service, and plenty of seating. Also, I had the cinnamon donut and it was similar to the donuts you get in LA. Light and airy. I feel like the donuts I’ve had in Wellington have been kind of dense.”
“I have been here multiple times having tried Chicken Chow Mein, Garlic Prawn Noodles, the double pattie burger, chips, jam donut and the deep fried mars bar. Have not been disappointed yet, friendly service, only had to wait longer than expected for my food once (which is really impressive), great food (garlic prawn noodles is my favourite) and the shop looks clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.”
“Generous portions, great prices and friendly service. Great chip shop in Naenae, excellent value.”
“The food was delicious and perfectly spiced. We had a variety of dishes from the good old butter chicken (sweet but not too creamy) spicy fish curry and a vegetarian dish. We’ll definitely return again.”
“Ok so I'm a Indian cuisine nut, I've been to so many restaurants I've lost count, but.... After dining here for my birthday last week I'm completely in love with this place. A table of 6 and everyone was so happy and amazed at there food it was crazy... It was beautiful... The service was awesome and it was all at the table in moments. Honestly cannot say enough about how amazing the food is and how well we were looked after. BEST INDIAN RESTAURANT IN NZ HANDS DOWN..”
“Service is incredibly quick and efficient. You can consistently get in and out within a few minutes even during the peak lunch hour. The staff are very friendly and accommodating of any requests. The food is good value for the budget conscious eater. Extremely clean and tidy restaurant to enjoy a meal at.”
“Amazing food. Portions and flavour are great, and only takes 5-10 mins for the food to come out. Couldn’t rate it any higher!!”
“Visiting Kelburn and found this. Brilliant food just like I remember from many years ago travelling in Malaysia and S India - Murtabak was delicious. Friendly, quick. Will come back here next time I'm in Wellington.”
“This is where we come for our butter chicken and garlic naan fix ❤️❤️. We recently bought their samosas, so tasty and the sizes of each one are perfect, especially with the sauce it comes with. We absolutely love them! I highly recommend giving this establishment a visit.”
“Good service, kind & reasonable prices. Definitely the best in wainuiomata I've had. Recommended to my family”

“Best Beef Randang in Wellington. Noodle soup is also great. Sambal is tangy and hot. Really great.”
“Went here to get Fish and Chips for dinner. I ordered some fish, chips and a hot dog. Everything was cooked perfectly and was not greasy at all. I also really liked how the hot dog came of a stick. Overall I will definitely come back to get fish and chips.”
“I get a coffee from here every morning, great coffee and good food! The croissants & the sandwiches/baguette are delicious! Staff are very polite and friendly”
“It was the best meal I have ever had outside India , especially butter chicken with garlic naan . Best staff , always smiling, friendly and helpful. I would suggest everyone to try food in the Saffron kitchen..”
“Even I got there 1 minute before closure, they provided a high quality service - without a grim face of expression.”

“Highly recommend. Our family loves all the dumplings that Oriental Cuisine has to offer. Our favourite would have to be the Siu Mai and I love cooking them for my kids for a quick and easy dinner.”
“We ate an XL falafel kebab and it was the best we had in a very long time. Just WAAAW! So big, extremely tasty, cheap for what you get, and all home made. Thank you so much. I could only recommend!”
“Absolutely amazing! My partner and I meet for lunch here regularly, everything is always so delicious and the coffee never disappoints! The atmosphere is welcoming and sweet with Italian music usually playing in the background. The staff are warm and friendly too :) ps. life changing gnocchi.”
“Mushroom quesadilla on a Sunday afternoon - glorious. We ordered then waited on the balcony of Goldings bar with a drink. Whilst it took a bit longer than expected it was well worth the wait! Highly recommend if you're after a Mexi-fix.”
“First day open as a restaurant and still temporary place in dixon street. But the food. OMG such a bunch of flavors. Just great. Indian food different from what you get at an normal indian restaurant. So tasty and nicely made. Quick service with their 8 minute serving policy. Will come again as i have still some dishes on their menu to taste.”
“Best dumplings I've ever had. Noodles are a bit greasy but still delicious and generous portions for the price. Super recommend this place. Friendly staff too. Love it.”
