Did someone else prepare todayβs seasoned chicken? The sauce is really watery and barely coated. It doesnβt taste like the seasoned chicken I usually get. If it keeps tasting like this, I donβt think Iβll order it again.
$18 for a 4 piece combo, and the chicken pieces are tiny! The portions sizes were terrible, especially for the price. My chicken was soggy on the bottom as well. Do not recommend.
Very tasty Korean Fried Chicken in Wellington. We ordered the original crispy chicken meal and the The Big Burger with volcano chicken. The crispy chicken is real crisp and super juicy. Love the spice level of the Volcano too. Well worth the trip for us as we came from Porirua seeking for a yummy korean fried chicken and they didn't disappoint. The burger is really good but a bit tricky to eat so can get a bit messy. The meal/combos are a good alternative for a single diner. Good portion size and their chips are real good as well.
Fresh quality food with amazing taste. The chicken was juicy and tender and full of flavours. We tried the sweet and spicy, honey soy, and creamy onion - all boneless options. My favourite is the honey soy. The sides also tasted great. The chips (fries) were hot and crispy. The pickled radish, kimchi, and coleslaw served as palate cleanser and complimented the chicken well. The hospitality of the staff was great. She even checked on us and asked how our experience was. You need to be there early otherwise they might get busy with orders.
I ordered the boneless chicken meal. 6 boneless pieces and chips with a drink. I got the honey soy flavor and man did it hit the spot. Really tasty flavor and chicken was moist. Can't wait to have it again.
Absolutely amazing food, portions and service. The chicken (plain fried without sauce) was fried very well, still crispy even after a 25 minute drive home. The chicken with sauce was obviously not as crispy but still had crispy parts despite the generous coating of sauce. The portion is great, I had more leftovers compared to when I order the same value of fried chicken from any other places I tried. Chicken meat itself was juicy and tasted fresh. The flavour is authentic Korean fried chicken, at least with the plain fried and sweet and spicy. Very keen to try the other flavours. The chips were amazing too - not sure what seasoning they use but so good and addictive! Fried extremely well too and perfectly crispy. I managed to even get both the chicken and chips crisped back up next day in the generic oven without air fryer, after a night in the fridge. Great taste plus value for money, people at the shop were very friendly too. The only negative thing is that there isn't one near me, if there were stores in more central areas I'd probably be doing fried chicken night from this place every Friday. Definitely recommend!

So donβt think this is going to be fast food. Burgers are real good as well and the combos are a good alternative for a single diner. Also, their chips are real good as well.
