Ordered the kung pao chicken with cashew nuts on rice and was quite underwhelmed by this meal. Very dry, lacking flavour (and spice as expected). Oddly sweet. The batter the chicken was coated with left an unpleasant taste. Good portion just not easy to get down. Wouldn’t recommend
IG: 2Fish1Chip Order: Fish, Chips, Corn Fritter and hotdog Cost: $21.10 (Excluding Uber fees) The fish itself was okay, clean and fresh but it let down but the dreadful batter. The batter was undercooked giving it that raw batter texture and nasty after taste. I had to remove it so I could have the fillet. The chips were as bad as Brittney Spears version of My Prerogative by Bobby Brown. Soggy and flat.. just horrible. The corn fitter was horrible, more batter than corn and also undercooked. The hotdog was all okay with a light batter cooked right through. Sorry Joe, but this was Michael Jackson ‘Bad’.. you know it shamooon!
Huge variety, generous size and portions all at an affordable price, fish and chips is nicely cooked crispy thank you for being so generous with size of fish worth my money
Placed a phone order for 6 x Chinese dishes plus wontons and a couple of other sides. Ready in record time with a free drink. Absolutely delicious!
Had Lemon fish and it was good, could have used some more runny sauce to dip it in. Cheesy Roti is a great snack.

Good prices, friendly people & delicious food...my favorite fish & chips & Chinese in Wainuiomata. Especially love it how the kid is doing his homework behind the counter & taking orders, that is some impressive core values he is learning.
