   Nice little bakery cart near the waterfront, friendly staff, good portion sizes, and excellent food. I got a Pear Pistachio danish and it was lovely. If you are traveling to Wellington I getting recommend breakfast here. I made the mistake of letting my mother try a bite of my Danish and she asked me to go back and get her two danishes increasing a 20$ NZ trip to a 40$ NZ trip... Really good stuff.

   The coffee was OK but the service was the most unfriendly I've had in a long time. The guy that took the money never smiled and neither did the woman making the coffee (who was also chewing gum). Will not be back.

   First of all, you will be surprised if you come in the afternoon and realise the place is empty. This coffee kiosk goes home after 3.30pm like we do after work. Nevertheless there's always queue which reflects excellent coffee and friendly service. Perfect for sunny days and quick grabs. Highly recommended. I wished they open till 4 but overall excellent food excellent coffee and excellent service.

   Fast service, and the flat white I had was excellent (not burnt or bitter tasting). Only points I'd dock would be on the pastries....The strawberry/rhubarb custard brioche pastry I had would have been perfect, except the inside wasn't cooked all the way, leaving a fair amount of raw dough. It's a hazard when baking brioche rolls that big, and I'm guessing the raw dough was a product of the filling being too wet. As a baker it's an understandable offense, and tbh I just scooped the raw dough out with a spoon and ate the good parts (which were very good). For those picky eaters you may want to stick to their other food options.
