“Pak n Save is handy for a quick shop and I have never found it to be super busy even at the weekend. The produce is good and I like the size selection in the bakery section. It's got a cover over the car park so Great for not getting wet when packing”

Not sure what happened with the previous reviewer but I have always found the staff pretty chill helpful and relaxed. A shout out to Kirsty who has been keeping the place going for years! May she never leave! Her fashion style and the way she cares for all her visitors both 2 legged and 4 legged makes me smile everytime I shop. The music is really cool as well...always find a new track to look up from listening to it instore. :) All in all its a10/10”

I came here for the first time with no expectations and risked paying $10 just to have a look and expecting to find nothing of any interest. “I went into farmers to purchase an arrangement of gifts for a friend going through a hard time, I was in the makeup/skincare section. My mum asked the lovely girl at the checkout where the slippers were - she was very sweet and prompt to show us where they were. I got my things and went to checkout, first i’d like to compliment Nea’s mannerisms, she was very polite and very prompt with her scanning/packaging. More so I want to say my appreciation for her compliment on my voice, she said I have a nice voice - a compliment I’ve never received before but it really made my day and has left an impression. Nea I wish I got your social media to say thank you again, but i’m going to leave this review in hopes you get recognition for your amazing welcoming service.”

“I've been meaning to write a review for ages as this shop is just fantastic! I recently bought a couple of pairs of boots from the Wellington store online and they arrived promptly with a gorgeous note from the staff, "Thank you Sarah ❤️ Enjoy your beautiful new Maher boots! Love Team Welly xx" with a cute little drawing someone had done of boots splashing in a puddle! Talk about a nice personal touch! I have loved my boots all winter- thank you team Welly!!! I discovered Maher for the first time a few years ago when in Auckland for a business trip and actually video called my husband from the shop as I was so excited to discover such fun and fancy shoes and accessories for men and women! It's been my favourite go-to shoe shop ever since. And the handbags are also amazing and you can often get matching shoes and bags. My only criticism would be that they don't yet have boots for men - my husband has been super jealous of my faux fur lined boots and would love something similar in his size!”

I like the hot food section - it saves me from those "don't feel like cooking" nights. Staff are nice and helpful. It's place in the middle of Tawa high street just makes it more attractive to visits.”

They have a good service, very easy shopping with the staff and clearly marked aisles. They have kind chatty staff and the staff can easily help you find what you’re looking for. They never run out of stock, so if what you’re looking for isn’t there, ask staff to get it. New World is definitely one of the greatest shopping markets in NZ.”
