   A cute little women’s shoe shop offering stylish and comfortable full leather footwear. The selection includes Australian (Mollini), New Zealand (Gelato), Spanish (Wonders) and Portuguese brands. The range spans flats, sandals, boots, mid heels, sneakers and wedges. You will not find towering high heels or skinny stilettos here, but rather sensible and practical heights where style and comfort can be found. Service is friendly and accommodating. This is a family run business that has been in New Zealand for decades, tucked inside the beautiful Bank Arcade building with its ornate architecture, soaring ceilings and musical clock. Prices are reasonable, at around 200 NZD with a loyal local client base that also attracts visiting tourists.

   They certainly know how to send customers away. I was just about to buy a pair,even though the service was terrible.a shop assistance saw me having difficulty with the shoe laces (a pair) I was trying - did nothing to assist. Then a woman who said she was the manager came by and decided to dust with all purpose cleaner Just 10 cm away from me, irritating my eyes and nose.in the world of customer shopping experience: you are either "opening or closing doors" a little training might help.

   Gorgeous store! So colourful and bright, and the shoes are stunning. Definitely the place to go if you are looking for something beautiful, comfortable, and don't want to see many other people in them. The girls there were so lovely - did not mind at all when I wanted to try on dozens of shoes. They are very knowledgeable and try on every shoe themselves so they can give honest advice. Thanks so much ladies, I had the best time!
