Amazing shopping experience at this store. The store is super tidy and organised and has a huge range of products. The customer service given by Michael and Paige was excellent ! Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great shopping experience :-)
Great customer service! Went in to exchange footwear ordered online, in the wrong size. Overall, very impressed with the products and display. Discounts also offered on certain items, so decided to invest in a puffer jacket and packing gear.
Was this planing on doing a quick stop in here to grab some gloves for our up coming winter, But ended up buying two merino tops as they had great deals on, it was two tops for 150 dollars, awesome deal as to buy one top wouldn’t cost me 129 dollars. Anyways the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely shop again here.
One of the larger Kathmandu outlets offers a wide variety of products. However, it appeared to be understaffed as none of the employees were available to assist us as they were all preoccupied with other tasks.
First of all, I have to say that the staff is amazing and super helpful. We even got instructions on how to clean up the jackets that we brought. I have brought a couple of jackets for myself and my baby and baby's jacket is really good but mine had some loose stitching inside which I have noticed after came home. Overall it's good.
I have been getting my outdoor gear little by little from Kathmandu and the customer service has been outstanding- Big thanks to Ben who has helped me to find my gear and been so patience with all my questions. I love my gear but I also know that I have got it because Ben helped me to select the right fit for me. This guy deserves a reward!
Great service by a girl called sophia! very helpful and knew exactly what i wanted, and was apparently new but knew her stuff!
They put a big promotion sign "$150" with quite small characters "Black color only", on the top of a shelf hanging same model of black color and green color ones, in promotion area. When we took a green one to check out, they told us that the green color at normal price "399.99". Obviously, it's a trick, and disgusting, especially on Mother's Day.

Friendly staff and also there is a photo booth to take photo and also get Polaroid from it!! Staff is really respectful and nice. I wad used how nice there were. The manager is really friendly and when you are trying your shoes on, they just waited for you from a distance (giving u some space) which is amazing. Really enjoy shopping at Kathmandu. Will go back again for the summer season!! The store is currently understaffed so have to wait a bit longer.
