“Went to Bay Shoes in Lower Hutt this morning......had not been there for years. The young man who served me had the most exceptional customer service !!! His knowledge was second to none and nothing was a problem. Didn't get his name but I will only shop there from now on...and I live in Upper Hutt......a true asset to the business !!!”

“Exceptional service. My suit was sent away to get tailored and it was ready to be collected in less than a working week. The staff member was very friendly and incredibly helpful. When my jacket came back the result was not what we were hoping for so I wasn't charged for the jacket alterations at all. Outstanding. Baby City was the best customer service by far and were so helpful answering all our questions. “I recently visited Portmans after seeing a sale advertised on their website. Although the sale was only available online, I wanted to try on items before purchasing them. The customer service was excellent. The two ladies assisting me were very friendly and frequently checked to ensure I had the right sizes in the changing room. In the end, I was served by Lizzie, who went above and beyond. A big thank you to her! She signed me up in the system to give me the online discount in-store and even provided me with a tailoring service voucher after I found a pair of pants I loved but were too long.”
