Big shoutout to Madi who went out of her way helping me get the right jeans today. Jean shopping can be stressful and I haven’t found any that fit me this well in years. Thanks Madi!
Unfortunately had a not so great time today In just jeans lambton quay, staff were too busy talking to each other about making sales and who’s good at customer service and who’s not. Not a single staff member (the store was empty of customers apart from me) spoke to me. I felt completely invisible which is normally fine in a store but being totally ignored is not. When checking out the guy wasn’t friendly at all, and I left feeling pretty disappointed and unwelcome in the store.
The young lady Paita, was so helpful, she found the jeans for my 8yo son and different styles too. Sje got them all Out when he was changing. She was informative, friendly & it really sped up the shopping experience.
I was struggling to find my size due to the differences between inch size and NZ size however friendly staffs help me a lot many thanks to Lucy and other staffs! Definitely going again to buy more

Went in to find some jeans for work, and the person who helped me was so lovely and knowledgeable. They took the time to help me find what I needed which I really appreciated. A no judgement, friendly environment, and some great new jeans too; what more can you ask for? Unfortunately I didn't catch their name but a huge thanks to them and the rest of the staff! The staff at the Wellington branch are so attentive. I’m afraid I didn’t get her name but I believe it was the manager who was so helpful in looking for the right size and jeans for me. She also advised me on different styles to try. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for jeans in the Wellington area
We bought a short last week, we paid and left, got home and they left the tag on it, so we had to travel back to them to remove the tag, they didn't apologize for it at all, to me it's waist of time and petrol and money, surely they can do better than that, poor customer service.
