   I just wanted to pass on some really positive feedback for Maio. He helped my partner today with finding a suit, and he was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Neither of us are well-versed in suits or formalwear we’re both pretty casual dressers so the whole process was well outside our comfort zone. Maio was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. He made us feel completely at ease and took the time to walk us through different styles, combinations, and ideas until we found something that felt right. We’d actually been into the store before and remembered how friendly he was then, but this was the first time he served us directly. The experience couldn’t have been better. Maio also handled the fitting process really well, taking the time to make sure my partner was happy with the alterations and explaining everything clearly. He’s genuinely a credit to your team positive, professional, and a real pleasure to deal with. Please pass on our thanks to him, and know that you’re very lucky to have someone like him representing your store.

   The young man who served us today (and stayed till store closed - sorry didn't get your name) is a huge credit to the store. He was genuinely super polite and very helpful. Thanks for helping out with my nephews suit for the ball. It made shopping easier. Much appreciated. Ps loved the smart looking and relaxing large dressing room area that gave some privacy and the big comfy seating.

   Husband came in for a fitting and to get a suit measured up. Fantastic staff who really know their stuff, the two guys who helped us were really helpful. (Shout out to O'Neill for all his help.) The store has a great atmosphere and clean, well laid out store. Loved the upbeat and fun music. The store can be found on the ground floor level of Queensgate. The center has accessible parking, with easy access throughout the store. Genuinely friendly staff members.

   I had gone into the store recently and I was awfully greeted by one of the girls at the store, I complete stare away from me and constant talking behind the counter. I had been looking for 10 minutes and no one had helped me rather a young tall girl with brown curly hair was just on her phone the whole time, and I left feeling so disappointed. I’m normally a fan of Taro Cash but the team need to work on their customer service.

   Very disappointed be careful to check first. Advertisement was for $250 when came to purchase went to $380 wasnt prepared to honour advertised price as per consumer guarantee act and lost the sale and waisted my time.

   I've got my mate's wedding in 4 days. Being a forgetful and unorganized human, I leave things late. Thus, I needed a tie in Tarocash Queensgate when I resided in Christchurch. It was on order with the Epic Tarocash courier system. However, it was looking like my tie would not make it in time for the wedding, and I would be the first ever worst man in a Grooms party. Therefore, I phoned an epic young man at Tarocash Queensgate. I explained everything and asked him to send the tie by courier through NZ Post for $50. He spoke to his management, dropped it off at the post, and got me a tracking number. He did not take my $50 for sound ethical reasons. But he and Tarocash Queensgate have my gratitude and thanks. Aisha went over and above to help us find a suite and accessories that not only fitted but looked gorgeous on my husband.
