   I really appreciated the store's layout; it was easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. The prices were also very reasonable, which is always a plus. I especially liked that the staff weren't constantly hovering. It made browsing a much more relaxed experience. I felt comfortable taking my time and looking at everything without pressure. It's so nice to be able to shop at my own pace. I'll definitely be returning to this store in the future. It's a great place to find affordable clothing in a pleasant shopping environment.

   Very friendly staff and I was greeted by a young man then assisted to a fitting room to try on a jersey by a young woman. Both staff acknowledged me and processed my purchase. Great store and service.

   Went to purchase two suits here. Husband was completely ignored. Customer service is non existent could not acknowledge the only customer in store. We spent our 1500 elsewhere. Shocking service will never spend our money here. I went back in and spoke to them regarding their service. Met with that was our fault I said yes, because of your lack of acknowledgement we spent our money elsewhere. Need to check yourself

   I can't speak highly enough about the fantastic service I received at Hallensteins in Porirua. They did not have the size we required so ordered this for us and arranged to send it directly to our home at no extra cost. Despite being a Sunday it was on my doorstep by 7am Monday morning. This is exceptional.

   You guys need to give Mike (hope I got that right with the accent) here at North City a promotion. What a polite, friendly, patient and outgoing person. He didn't oversell, and helped me, a guy thousands of miles away from home get the right suit for an interview. He was sincere, honest and I am really happy with the product/suit. Thank you.
