   Spent well over 200$ and the useless checkout lady didn't take the security tag off and I can't take it off so now I've had to cut it off leaving a hole in a 50$ hoodie so freaking disappointed

   I love to shop from Jay Jays because the staff there is very polite and helpful; special mention for Sam - very professional and ethical. She always greet customer with a smile on her face. Last time I went there to change the pants I bought before as the size was not perfect but I forgot the bill so she very politely handled the issue and helped me. Thank you.
