Such a great and welcoming experience at the Nike Lambton store! The dark haired French looking fellow was very friendly and knowledgeable, helped me find a shirt for my daughter’s birthday which she loved. 10/10!
Very disappointing experience that shouldn’t have ended that way. Bought a pair of sneakers and were told as we approached the checkout that if we bought a pair of socks we would enjoy 20% discount off the socks. We said “yes” to that offer and the young lady retrieved a pair in my size. Discovered after we left the store that the discount was not applied. Returned later only to be told the discount didn’t apply to that particular pair of socks, despite being sold that offer earlier. We asked the manager for the refund of the discount ($6) on principle and we were refused. Way to go Nike Wellington store manager - you managed to sour our experience of both Nike and Wellington.
Went there to just have a look. Was served by Genesis and she was amazing. I didn’t feel like a customer at all, felt like I knew her for ages. She helped me pick out shoes and it sounded like she knew what she was talking about. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time! 12/10 would definitely shop there again
Oscar and Gabe were 11/10!!! Customer service. They were super friendly and had great knowledge of the products. They were just awesome! I ended up buying exactly what my son would love. Super job!!! We Will definitely come here now as our first stop to shop! Lucky to have them in the store!

Nice clothes, zero service. No one assisting in the changing room area so you have to get dressed and leave the fitting room if you want another size

Absolutely appalling service!!!!! On Saturday lots of customers wandering 4 staff members standing in middle of shop having a full on conversation amongst themselves. Had to go and ask for a size of shoe went came back handed box to me and then went back to group carried on talking !!!!! Another customer was getting same service. Walked out went to Foot locker down road n purchased. Staff too cool to acknowledge customers!!!!! Lost sales a plenty.
The lady who served me was lovely, I just wish they had similar stock to Nike nz online store. I was specifically after a carbon plated shoe and they only had one choice even though Nike has 5 or so shoes on their website with plates so dropped one star off the review. They do have a free club where you get $50 off for every $500 spent and that's quite good considering their prices matched Nike nz and I couldn't see any discounts like that on Nike nz website.
