I'm normally in and out of shoe shops, before anymore than the cursory "hello". I am particular about what kind of boots I am looking for, and have been looking for months. But at Ecco Shoes in Wellington, not only did I find the conversation friendly and helpful, I found TWO pairs of boots that I love! Thanks ladies!

I have been wearing Ecco shoes for many years and my husband bought his first pair of Ecco and absolutely loves them, so comfortable and stylish. The first pair he purchased were slightly rubbing on his heel and he changed them for a different pair and the exchange process was so easy. The two lady staff in the store were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
I bought two pairs of shoes online from Ecco, both size 42 EU (26.5 cm as indicated on the boxes). One pair was too small for me and the other too big. I returned the small ones and I wish I had done the same with the big ones, but now I have worn them once and they say we only accept returns when the product is in brand new condition. Not happy with my purchase.
