“The management team at Wellington Macpac with a particular call out to Liv, are exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I had an issue with a pair of boots purchased from another Macpac (Taupo) and while they were less than helpful with the issue, Liv scooped it up and fully resolved it for me when it was really not their issue. I was blown away by the willingness to help and ongoing care to get the issue resolved. Highly recommend.”

However, I was more than impressed by the Lambton quay hallensteins. Particular note must be made of the lighting quality in the changing rooms. Baby City was the best customer service by far and were so helpful answering all our questions.
