“The management team at Wellington Macpac with a particular call out to Liv, are exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I had an issue with a pair of boots purchased from another Macpac (Taupo) and while they were less than helpful with the issue, Liv scooped it up and fully resolved it for me when it was really not their issue. I was blown away by the willingness to help and ongoing care to get the issue resolved. Highly recommend.”

“The staff here are amazing, we were helped by Katherine. We are based in Auckland and were searching for an animal rocker to gift to family in wellington. These were not available online so we had to get in person. Knowing we were flying to wellington she held the rocker for a week and even sent us pictures of it via email to confirm it was the model we wanted. It was the only one left im the country. When we visited she still let us check we were happy to purchase and gave us a gift exchange reciept. Its the best customer service we had experienced over the phone and in person. Thanks”

“You can find the smallest of knick knacks, art & craft, simple hardware that you need there. Extremely fun place to be. It is organised enough as a place without being too 'frilly'. Baskets/trolleys for customers available as it is a big warehouse place.”

“Absolutely love Chili Wellington, and have quite the collection of their clothes now. It’s honestly my go-to shop when I want something really unique and fun. Love the funky cotton shirts & dresses and all my favourite knits are from here, and even the pieces I’ve had for years still look sooo good. Always getting compliments on the clothes too ❤️ Also great for gifts because of their insanely big jewellery and earring collection, local artist prints, accessories and cute little goodies. Dangerously good shop & something for everyone.”

However, I was more than impressed by the Lambton quay hallensteins. Particular note must be made of the lighting quality in the changing rooms.
