Went in hoping to purchase some clothing, a backpack and sleeping bag over the weekend. The lady behind the counter was rude had no knowledge in anything to do with the outdoors. Very disappointed feel like someone was just handed the job with no training, experience or knowledge in the outdoors
Tried to call, but went to voicemail and they instantly called back, very helpful and listened intently to what I was asking and offered some good advice for me to move forward with - thank you

The guy in there was awesome. Has great product knowledge and was very patient with me asking thousands of questions about a pack. He suggested a great pack for me and I love it! I started out at the other camping store in the mall and I'm glad I discovered Dwight's at the other end.
