“Some time ago I brought in my puffer jacket to be mended after it got ripped when I was knocked to the ground in a car accident (thankful for a quality jacket that helped cushion my fall). The staff were really lovely and the team in Chch who did the repair did a wonderful job, and charged a very reasonable fee. Love my jacket, it keeps me super warm even on the coldest winter days and it’s lasted for years. Thanks heaps ☺️”

“Staff are bubbly and very kind - man behind register literally singing songs and cheerful. They had many well known branded clothing and it was not ridiculously priced. Store is very clean and changing rooms are spacious. Doors automatically open which is helpful when walking out with your hands full of items purchased :)”

“I went into farmers to purchase an arrangement of gifts for a friend going through a hard time, I was in the makeup/skincare section. My mum asked the lovely girl at the checkout where the slippers were - she was very sweet and prompt to show us where they were. I got my things and went to checkout, first i’d like to compliment Nea’s mannerisms, she was very polite and very prompt with her scanning/packaging. More so I want to say my appreciation for her compliment on my voice, she said I have a nice voice - a compliment I’ve never received before but it really made my day and has left an impression. Nea I wish I got your social media to say thank you again, but i’m going to leave this review in hopes you get recognition for your amazing welcoming service.”
