Went in knowing what I wanted. Was greeted well, within 10 minutes I had tried on the shoes and paid for them. I was here on holiday and the lady even reccomend places I should go visit while here. They were really friendly and helpful, would definitely go back.

Ryan was an absolute legend the other week when I came into buy my pair of new balance 1000s. I wasn't looking to buy but he deffs made me feel comfortable and try on different pairs until I was ready to seal the deal. He ordered it in because they didn't have stock when most people would have ended the conversation with "hey sorry but we're out of stock". Ryan went beyond by sourcing it from another store and sorting me out. Very happy with the shoes itself but it was the sheer determination and high class salesmanship from Ryan that really sold those shoes. Props to the store for having a great collection and an amazing team!
Went in today with my family as i saw you had a sale on shoes, was looking for some new kicks for the kids but unfortunately there were no sizes available for the ones we wanted - no big deal. The staff member that was serving us was absolutely lovely and really helpful, I'm not too sure of her name (long dark hair) she was working the front this late afternoon. Honestly hands down the nicest person that has ever helped us, she was so kind to my 5 year old daughter - my child practically wouldn't let her go. Also i must mention it wasn't just us that she was exceptional with, a few other customers came in while we were browsing around and we took notice how polite/helpful she was to every customer. This girl needs a raise and a promotion!!!!!
Just purchased some shoes for my kids and was served by the lovely Molly. Molly was super helpful and friendly and it made my day. Definitely recommend Hype and hopefully i get to be greeted by this wonderful lady next time i shop there.
Today I went to queens gate hype to return my shoes as it was not comfortable to wear it for me and the sales assistant her name is Molly she was so rude to us calling me liar saying you have already used the shoes and stuff like that I only tried on the shoes that’s it. I hope they hire someone else instead of her as she doesn’t know what is customer service is and she is racist. Never going to purchase anything from Hype anymore. I would not recommend anyone hype either there are other plenty of shops where you can get good customer service and good products.
Me and My brother went shopping for high school shoes and when we went in to hype DC we were greeted by a lovely sales staff called Tom who helped us order the shoes we were looking for, that none of the other shops had. He was super nice and helpful as we weren't that sure on how we should get them. He gave us important information on when it would come so we could be sure that it came in time for high school!!! Thanks Tom!!!!!
Popped in on a Saturday evening for some gym training shoes. They didn't have what I was after but a super friendly and helpful team member showed me what they had that was similar before helping me figure out where else to go and how to get the best deal. Will totally be my first destination to check out shoes in the mall in the future. Friendly and knowledgeable teams are a winner.
Just decided to walk into Hype after getting frustrated with the lack of customer service a few doors down at Platypus (unusual since they’re normally pretty good), and immediately felt better being greeted instantly by a very cheerful retail assistant who was super helpful and managed to find me exactly what I was after. In and out in about 10 minutes leaving very happy with my purchase. The receipt says that his name was Milo.
