    Visited Converse during the Christmas sales and was spoiled for choice with so many options. I was a bit confused at first, but Matthews provided outstanding help. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, helped match the shoes to my taste, and even suggested a pair that suited my skin tone and personality. Excellent customer service and a great shopping experience. Highly recommended!

    I have been purchasing shoes and cloths from this store for a while now. But I had a very dissatisfying experience recently. I bought 3 pairs of socks. One of the socks had a hole in it. I found it when I tried to wear it for the first time. I took it to store and asked for an exchange. The guy in the store was unsure of the procedures so called the manager to check and came back saying they will exchange only cloths if there is a defect but not for socks. I was very disappointed. I even made a purchase on that day and asked about it while paying the bill. But I doubt going to this store again.

    Good shoe deals however I was only able to purchase if I supplied an email address, they wouldn't just provide a receipt. I made it clear that I was okay for the receipt to be emailed so long as I was not added to a marketing list. However, of course, I immediately started receiving marketing emails which I have had to unsubscribe from a few times now. Why do you need our information for us to buy?
