Super calm, really easy to talk to, and just made the whole thing way less stressful than I expected. He explained everything clearly and handled it all with so much care and skill. He didn’t rush anything, did everything in his power to make sure I was comfortable, and just had a really genuine way of dealing with people, he is an absolute credit to his profession & made a terrible experience a pleasant one. Was able to book an appointment within 2 weeks. Had a very amazing appointment where my diagnosis was explained in detail with medication avaliable funded and not funded. The doctor checked all medical resources to support her diagnosis. This experience built my confidence in the public health sector.”

She made me feel completely comfortable, talked me through everything step by step, and turned something I was preparing for the worst into a calm, non-traumatic process. Truly grateful for her care.
