From the consultation to the treatment, she made me feel so comfortable and answered every single question I had. I have a bit of a needle phobia, and she was incredibly kind and patient throughout the whole process, which made such a big difference. The reception team were also lovely — really friendly and professional — and even called the next day to check in and see how I was doing, which I really appreciated.
