    Rip Off - Fraudulent Representation - No Transparency - No Honesty Spread the word Do NOT get insurance with Cigna as they are thieves Your premiums will increase over 300% in a period of 10 years – Even when you refuse the proposed increase at every anniversary review, they will increase the premiums citing inflation They are quick to take your money and get nasty if you late or a month behind – but if you want to cancel your policy you automatically surrender every cent they have stolen from you

    Very unreliable Insurer. At least for Travel cover as far as I know. My bag got delayed on way back to Auckland. Lodged a claim for delayed baggage. Waited a month for someone to review it . Gets declined on grounds that I am already back in Auckland. Policy wording did not specify that you must lose your bags overseas ! Absolute scam insurance. Don't waste your money with them . Pay a bit more and get a proper Travel cover if you must buy A policy. I have had to click one star in order to post this or else would have been zero.

    Poor experience. Filled in the online forms noting that I am looking for health insurance. Took a while to respond and they came back with Travel insurance for ASB customers. I responded an hour later that I am an ASB customer however I am after Cigna Global. 1 Week later no response. Didnt even refer me to go direct to Cigna Global. Terrible service - who knows how they treat customers if they actually have a claim

    If I could give no stars I would. We have been with Cigna for 15 years . Paid over $50000 in premiums. Cigna are happy to take your money but don't think for a minute that they are going to be there for you when you need them. in good will they have offered a payment of $269.60. Think twice before insuring with this company. You pay insurance for a long time to only find out how good they are when you make a claim and by that time it is tooo late. Disappointing!!!!!!
