“Every experience I have had at The Crossing Pharmacy and in all dealings with the staff that work there (the staff I have personally spoken to are Leah, Cynthia & Tash), has been absolutely fantastic! They are not only knowledgeable and helpful (which can be rare at other Pharmacy’s) but they show genuine care and kindness while doing it. No question is a stupid question and they are more than willing to take time to explain things in a way that’s clear and concise. “I entered the store early and knew precisely the shoe I wanted although the size and fitting I needed was unavailable. The guy at the front desk summoned help from the back of the store in the form of Kahi who patiently showed me how to use the instore online ordering facility to order what I was after; he was very helpful and waited until I succeeded. The shoes were delivered the very next day ! How is that possible ? No delivery charge either. Very impressive.”
