   Staff are rude and unhelpful. Came in just before closing, which I admit is annoying, but told the lady I was only looking for a hair claw. Not only did she not bother showing me where they were, but the rest of the girls at the back of the store just started laughing. Super immature and unprofessional, and seems like a common theme based on other reviews.

   Lady named pho or fho by the changing rooms threw me out of the store because they suspected my partner of stealing even though he proved his innocence the lady just screamed "I want them out" speaking super entitled what a horrible disgusting woman and she should be ashamed. Was also knocking and banging on my changing room door when I was getting changed almost pulling the door open WHEN IT WASNT EVEN ME THEY SUSPECTED. Never ever go here

   Extremely disgusting behaviour from the staff counted our items , went to get the sizes up then accused not just me but my PARTNER who had nothing to do with it of stealing and I asked them to show me the footage offered to show my jackets everything but they just say “we knew what you were trying to do”. Even after we proved our innocence. Particularly a lady name Fho or pho by the changing rooms who must be super racist or sexist because she not only threw me but my partner out of the store we talked to security and they were just as confused. Disgusting. Lady shown is the lady who acted horribly please take action. Thanks

   Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I visited the store to purchase a clothing item that was listed as available in-store. Instead of helping me locate it, the staff member dismissively told me to just order it online, showing no interest in assisting me. Very unprofessional.

   Maddie was amazing! Went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of jeans by calling all of the other BOP stores... Did this all on a hectic public holiday as well (during peak hour) absolute rockstar! She deserves some sort of recognition for her amazing customer service!!

   If you like being stared at by the staff like you’re about to steal or being whispered about amongst the staff instead of actually being greeted and helped, this is the store for you. Worst experience.
