    Horrible service, the lady serving us was packing up 15 minutes before closing time at 6AM she refused to take our order because she wanted to get home. She would only serve us ice cream although we were planning on ordering 3 shakes.

    This place is usually pretty good but I went today and wowwww she put sooooooo much salt on my fries like I mean it was falling off… not cool. Would still go back though cause they’re usually good.

    The drink is terrible the worst I've ever had in my life, only had water and cold coffee horrible I don't recommend it. The drink was ugly, it was very sweet and only had water and coffee in it, I had to return it and I didn't get anything, however I had to because the drink was impossible to drink it was too sweet and bad tasting and nothing like bubble tea.

    Absolutely terrible service. Was charged an extra 8 cents for using eftpos not pay wave which seems strange. My son liked the ice cream but just took way too long. Staff member just couldn't care less who's waiting. She has one speed... super slow!

    Went to buy grandson an ice cream, no one behind the counter walked around other side of kiosk and she was sitting at a table using her cell phone. I asked about service and she said had just sat down for her "break" and would not get up and serve !!!! Yes i realize all staff need a break but you have that when no customers waiting !!! Other people waiting walked away as well, very dissapointing !!

    I would give zero stars if it was an option. I would suggest some serious retaining to be done with your staff here. My sister was over charged by $2 ( the attitude was the issue not the $ ) according to the prices that were advertised and the young lady who served her did not even want to have a conversation about it, let alone offer an apology and refund. My sisters shake was then forgotten ( the other team member serving upsized it, to make up for the wait ) the sundae I ordered was the saddest sundae I’ve even seen, huge waste of money . Two scoops of ice cream and a flake crumbled on top ? Surely no one classes that as a sundae ? Looked nothing like the picture advertising it. I remember the shake shed & co being much better than this.
