   Rang this business to enquire about the price to replace a windscreen the lady that answered the phone gave a huge sigh snapped my head off rudely saying well she had no idea what kind of car it was so how could she ? My gosh her customer service was disgusting. If your the only place to go in Te Puke I choose to drive out of town choosing to spend my money else where.

   I'd used them once before and found them poor. The second time around I found really appalling service. Sent in an email complaining about it. As about a year has passed I don't expect I'll be getting a reply. I went somewhere else in the end as I was being sent backwards and forwards just to make a booking.
