   Don't go for a WOF here. You'd be better off going to vtnz than here. I thought I could use a local and close to home WOF service and have my BMW for WOF and they failed it with a STREAKY WIPER and they could do it for 90 dollars to replace it. Went to Repco and said there's nothing wrong with the wiper. Just had to replace the blade and keep the old one since they already failed. Now I've got too many wiper blades... Thanks to them. But please don't go for a WOF here. Wish I went for the comment before trying them out. Update have to reply. English is not my first language so please bear with me for this Reviews are critism to help improve your business and I for one wants you to succeed that's why I tried to support local business. Seems like the way you do things are absolute can't be faulted and it's your customers fault everytime. You just assumed that I do have a low quality wiper. You probably think I am a cheapskate can't even afford a pair of wiper. So you mean to say the wiper you're selling a high quality ones? 90 dollars for a pair? How much is your mark up for that? 50 60 percent? Might be able to buy it cheaper some other place. You fit us thru as soon as we replaced the wiper? I do have to make an appointment for it remember? That's why if you look at it it's either buy that crap wiper you're offering just to avoid inconvenience which is I think the real motive. From your unsatisfied customer perspective looks like your business is an expensive workshop hiding as a WOF service agent. I did requested NZTA to check how many failed WOF on your system that went to another WOF station and passed hopefully not many don't want your business to be in trouble. Just want you to know that we as your customers feels the same financial hardship as everyone else and we don't need an overpriced shop to add to that. JUST NEED A TRUSTED shop just as what you advertised. Hoping the next customer you'll going to have won't be feel taken advantage of by your service. Good luck and be well.

   Went for a service and our four year old car was given a huge list of things that needed fixing at a cost of over 2k. Got a second opinion with the WOF at a highly rated local mechanic who said nothing of the sort.

   Excellent service. Prompt and efficient with all the right tools and equipment. A particularly attentive young German technician named Oscar looked up the correct specs for my wheel alignment and even the torque wrench settings for the wheels. He took the time to test before and after (with a cover placed on the white seat). He swapped my tyre onto a spare un-bent wheel that I provided, and the whole process took much less time than it had previously at a tyre shop, with a better result. This is the place to go for your vehicle servicing if you live in Papamoa, Mount Maunganui, Tauranga. Top class! They even have a Leaf as a courtesy car for longer jobs, I’m looking forward to that :)

   Rude old receptionist and very expensive, and then tried to convince us that we needed new further repairs on top of what we came in for which would be very expensive for something we had fixed a few months earlier and there was no problem with. Very disappointed with the service.

   Have been bringing my cars here for almost 5 years and the service has always been great. The mechanics are very helpful when explaining what extra repairs are needed and why. I have then been given a price for the additional work. The workmanship is of a high quality and I always feel confident that the job has been done properly. My Father also took a car here recently and they managed to find the fault that another garage had not been able to. I do both my service and WOF and have never had any problem. The girls on reception are very friendly and always kept me updated on collection time, price etc. The fact that I can walk home is an added bonus. Would highly recommend.

   Unreasonably expensive! I was very disappointed with the garage after I had my front headlights replaced. The bulbs did cost $20 each but I ended up with a total bill of $188. Insanely disproportionate for the service of a bulb replacement. After asking why the price was so high I was told that the mechanic put in an hour of work. So here you pay for very slow working lead and therefore have to pay expensive bills. I do not recommend the garage.

   most rip off mechanics to date i had a power steering leak and they said it would be $1600 to clean down and identify the leak and another $1500 to fix how ridiculous got under the hood myself to see it was jus a warn out O ring also failed my wof for a long list of nonsense stuff so i took somewhere else and not one of the things they listed were on the list. they over charge by an arm and a leg and would nvr recommend this place to anyone pls take your hard earned money else where these people dont care about fair pricing or their customers. cheers
