   Life pharmacy at bayfair, I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of professionalism from your staff. I understand the chaos of Christmas shopping, I came in Boxing Day at around 4-5pm. The elder lady at the counter rudely interrupted my conversation with another worker and also refused to sell the ‘last’ perfume bottle on the shelf (which wasn’t true, the other worker had said and sold it to me). A very disappointing experience here.

   I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to for Maddi. I walked into the chemist today not really planning on buying anything, just having a browse — and 10 minutes later, I walked out with 10 perfume ideas, Ive been smelling perfume for years in hope to find what I like but i never did, she done that it 10 minutes, and what’s best is I’m coming back. I’ve been looking for a signature scent for two years. Two. Years. And somehow Maddie cracked it in ten minutes. I’m still shook. She is honestly SO good at her job. Like not in a pushy or salesy way at all, and at the same time a really top tier salesperson. — just super chill, super helpful, and actually feels like a friend. She has the kind of energy that instantly makes you feel comfortable, like you’ve known her forever. I’m usually really picky with scents and overthink every choice, but she made it feel easy. She listened, gave me options, didn’t make me feel like a hassle, and just completely nailed it. If I could take her perfume shopping with me forever, I would. She’s funny, stunning, down to earth, generous with her help, and just such a good vibe. Honestly, I walked out so happy — and I never feel that way after these kinds of visits.

   I took my daughter in for an ear piercing yesterday and had such lovely service from both ladies that served us. Greeted pleasantly and given the options then passed on to Annie (sorry if incorrect name). She was so sweet and calm and made my daughter feel at ease. Clean and tidy and lots of lovely stick to browse.

   Love the layout of the pharmacy and staff are always smiling and ask if you need help. They seem to have been trained with up to date knowledge around supplements and cough and cold. Management goes above and beyond where they can to ensure every customer leaves happy. I choose this as my all time favorite pharmacy

   I visited life pharmacy in Bayfair a week ago and was served by Nicole, when looking for perfumes. I like to visit New Zealand pharmacies as a show of support but the service I received was so terrible that I ended up going across the road to chemist warehouse where I at least paid the correct amount for the service I received.

   Was helped by a lovely girl named sky she let me take my time figure out what I would like fragrance wise and was really knowledgeable .I will honestly be going back there instead of other stores who sell the same perfumes purely because the service was amazing

   Awful environment - the sales women leap at you the moment you step inside! The women are gossipy! I reluctantly go there to pick up prescription or limited makeup availability. Chemist Warehouse & Mecca for makeup is unbeatable for excellent customer experience.
