    Didn’t have a nice experience last week. One staff member was unhelpful and A was very sarcastic and patronising towards us. Unlike the Papamoa shop where the girls were just lovely.

    After having a great experience in Cotton On Body I decided I’d go down to Cotton On (Tauriko) and check it out as I don’t get over to the city very often anymore and was feeling really good after my experience with COB. Again I was meet with such wonderful, cheerful, helpful staff. One of the girls working felt like β€˜that hype girl’, she was sooo lovely, easy to chat too, went out of her way to look for an old product I was desperate to find and then offer perfect alternatives when they weren’t there which I got. Again walked away from the experience feeling super good about myself and really happy with my purchases. So happy that I’ve just bought more online and will probably go back in store the next time I’m over. I thought they really deserved a review because to me you can’t put a price on that sort of customer service. Thank you ladies, appreciate all your help! (This was the Thursday just being around 2.30-3.30).

    Was on a mission on a busy Saturday, the store was filled with people and yet the staff were absolutely awesome with helping me find what I needed. Thank you to the manager Abi and the lovely blonde lady I didn’t catch her name, that helped me get in and out quickly. Awesome customer service

    Not impressed at all. Came in and all the staff were standing behind the counter just talking instead of helping. Very disappointed with their customer service!! Where was the manager? Not happy at all!

    Appalling, I brought a gift card for an 18th birthday present, when they went to use it it said it was cancelled, no money was put into it, I went back to the store which took ages to sort out , money was meant to be refunded in 5-7 days , which still hasn't, the girls in store are so lovely, it's top management that make it hard to get money back
