Walked in, I didnβt hear him at first but he had then started yelling at me for a licence. I gave it to him he didnβt believe it was real and quite persistent on the fact and didnβt apologise all in front of another customer. Was quite rude may need to reflect on behaviour towards customers.
Indeed per mentioned of other reviews that this people gives extra charge for the spirit I brought when supposedly around $56.99 or $57.99 (Chivas as per check on prices to other store, or even adding 1.5 surcharge - unusual for using cc & was never mentioned having such fee that still less than $58/59) but when lookout my bank details charge me $59.99. Poor customer service kept taking each other with fellow workmate not even greet βhiβ or what I needed for at the end not even asking if needed for a receipt as I made pause (as mostly business establishments offer for it as per guidelines of IRD). If ever you wanted to be there & buy something ask for a receipt (so will not experience like us having an extra charge payments) but if thereβs other options donβt bother, reserved your thirst somewhere else.

common man, not that hard to wear a facemask while customers are in store...(I know you didn't have an exemption cause you were wearing the mask around your chin)
Dont be put off by the word boutique. This shops prices are very good. The staff are friendly and helpful, they are open now (day 1 of level 3) They are following the rules and providing a service whilst protecting their customers. Support our little local businesses.
Charged me $48 instead of $40 for a box of 24 Heineken beers. Just noticed when I checked my account and realized the old man at the checkout simply ripped me off. Untrustworthy store! Unfortunately I was not staying in Tauranga so couldn't go back to the store. Be careful, you will be scammed in that shop!
