   Bought a chromebook for my small kid for school. School could not set it up and after school's investigation it appeared to be a stolen one. Very frustrating. I wish I could be reimbursed for all the moral suffering of myself and my small one, plus all the time we wasted waiting for that school's investigation, and all the stress dealing with everyone including police, school administrators and etc. I assume that lots of stuff is the same at that store, would avoid supporting shops that sell something that was stolen.

   Wouldnt go here again even if my life depended on it, been here twice and have had to deal with the same guy and hes the rudest employee you have, constantly undermined me and thought i didnt know what i was talking about also tried referring to an Australian store for prices on my item, hes a joke employee who clearly doesnt care or want to be there. Would seriously consider who u hire and who u want dealing with customers who originally come in happy and cheerful untill he comes up.

   Purchased Honda petrol water pump of trade me through them , alerted them to it not pumping as soon as it arrived, Sam replied back straight away and asked if I wanted a refund or take pump in to a repairer near me to get fixed at there cost . Dean from CC when I emailed receipt of repair cost paid me within 5 minutes if that ! plus a bit extra for gas money and for my time taking to get repaired . Would happily trade with them again , Thanks for that

   Cash converters rotorua has a bunch of liars!! Looking at a tablet a guy said it was almost brand new!!! I looked and it said 180hours use!!! He said the screen was flawless - I said the factory screen cover haver been remeoved!! - he said there were none. I asked when the amdroid os updates stopped. - he said never and that i would have to buy to find out refusing to connect internet... I said this was inappropriate and he tried to teesspass me!!! BEWARE!!!! THJS IS BOTH ILLEGAL, UNETHICAL AND DONT EXPECT A REFUND FOR ANYTHING!!
