   If only there is 0 start that’s what I would’ve given them. I have always shopped here for buying gifts as they have good quality products. I requested my pjs to be gift wrap as its a gift for someone but the lady told me they are so busy she can’t do it. As a customer service worker myself, i would never say this to my customers regardless of the price they are purchasing. This just put me off so i cancelled it.

   I browsed around this store sometime in February with my sister, and just recently got a call (now April) that Peter Alexander was accusing me of shoplifting a pair of baby booties. they had the police show up to my last known address with my name and photo and essentially conduct a man hunt to locate me over a pair of $22.99-$35.99 baby booties… the case was solved within 2.5 hours after I requested to view the security footage, and guess what! no footage of me ever stealing anything. I have never been accused of shoplifting in my life, let alone been hunted down by police for 20-30 dollars. absolutely insulting and disgusting. Do not shop here, unless you want to be accused of being a criminal.

   I was racially profiled. Friday 29/12 around 4pm I was shopping around for my sister a gift when this rude young girl with shoulder length hair down came and asked me if I needed a hand while looking through pjs near the counter, I politely said “no I’m okay thank you”. She had the most disgusting attitude, chewing her gum in my face and was harassing me back talking me “you got it no I got it, I’ll take it up right now” with the pjs I wanted to purchase and I was not done shopping. I told her I was fine, she progressively got more aggressive nagging me with the Pj Set I was holding but because she wouldn’t leave me alone so she almost snatched the box out of my hand and put it behind the counter. I was waiting in line to purchase when her other coworker was being rude to other customers so I just left thinking what a pathetic experience. The first girl might make a great mall cop but she’s not equipped for customer service. This store has such beautiful product but the most snobby, uninviting, discriminatory staff I’ve ever seen. I’m a store manager myself and if my team ever behaved this way they’d be gone or hours would be cut back almost completely. Looking forward to hearing what is going to be worked on for the future :)

   Two staff setting up with no other customers in store who could not even be bothered to greet a potential buyer. Very poor indeed. Will not be waste my time there again.
