DO NOT!!! deal with these guys. I recently brought a diff for my car from them and got sent one from a completely different vehicle than what I was told it was from and they were very rude and arrogant to deal with and as a result I lost $600. Very poor service and dodgy business
Mediocre communication however got better when I talked to the right people they found the right parts and helped me figure out what I need and what I didn't and gave me a bracket with no charge. I was sceptical at first when I read the other reviews but they came through for me and I'm glad they did. Thanks team
Poor customer service and ugly dodgy attitude. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a car for removal. When I phoned this "company", the guy who answered the phone was rude and blocked the phone on me while I was still talking. I called back and the same guy who answered previously was abrupt and brushed off the whole blocking the phone situation and blocked the phone on me again! Annoyed, I phoned again and this time no answer. I know you're called 'Snap Dismantlers' but that does not give you the right to action being "snappy" over the phone! ATLAS AUTO LTD is much better to deal with and will not block the phone on you.
Very doggy company, I bought a part from them it was wrong called this guy more than 5times he said account will refund the money never did. Never buy anything again please anyone thinking buy from these people read the reviews first don’t get scammed.
So not cool. Waited all day at home for a car to be picked up now avoided like the plague. Get told one thing then another.
Had a problem with my seat belt, they came out and had a look at it and it was repaired. All within about 10 minutes. Highly recommend this business

Tried getting a part for my Toyota, guy said I needed more information and before I could explain the part he hung up on me. I called him back to explain the part needed and mid way through he said we don't have the part and hung up, this company should just close or hire people that aren't lazy and are willing to do actually work.
