Worst service I’ve had in years. Chemist Warehouse prices are good, but Bayfair is a disaster. I picked up something under the wrong label, got home and realised it wasn’t the right gradient I normally buy. When I called, the assistant (who didn’t even give her name) told me flat out I couldn’t return it without a receipt. I had proof on my card statement, but she didn’t care and said the manager wasn’t there so nothing could be done. Called Fraser Cove instead — what a difference! The manager there was excellent, found my purchase in minutes, apologised, and swapped it no problem. Staff looked professional, store standards were way better, and the service was night and day. Bayfair seriously needs fixing. I’ll be warning others not to waste their time there.

Usually very good value. Today my receipt says I saved $79.40 on my 220capsule Sandersons Evening Primrose Oil which are listed on Sanderson's website at $25.49 which is what I paid. A bit misleading?
First time going to this store. Very neat and tidy. Aisles weren't cramped like I'd been lead to believe. Usually I only buy online but product I wanted was only available instore. Very happy I got what I was after. The Lady that helped me instore was soooo lovely and pleasant. Highly recommend Chemist Warehouse Bayfair A ++++
Worst pharmacy in the bay. Rude people rude service. Refused a script that was sent to them from my doctor. Says it was legal. What a joke. Then would not admit to refusing the script just wouldn't give it to me. Spoke to 3 different foreign workers none of which had a clue nor ant customer service. Absolutely useless. Yip they have cheap medicine but lack in decency respect and customer service. Steph and the Indian lady should find new jobs
Third time I've been, they've always been out of stock of the items I was looking for. Always looks like the place has been ransacked, couldn't find anyone to ask questions. I had to go out of my way to visit for the advertised sales, the only time I'd go there again is if I happened to be conveniently close to a store.
Went to chemist warehouse bayfair to pick up two packets worm tablets one me one for husband... they refused to let me have two packets!!!! I said to them waste time me taking them if husband doesn't!!! A lady asked me out the door if she could buy me a 2nd packet she said she never had any issue buying this product. YOU have done yourselves out of a client never will return and my feedback to others wont be positive. I went to another pharmacy and bought two packets one for each of the house hold without any issues. Yes they did ask how many were to take them no problem!!! Anyone would think I was going to OD on a B worm tablet. Angry customer
