“Honestly, I was really concerned when I had a missing parcel and saw the huge number of negative reviews. My experience was overall very positive. The phone was answered promptly, the customer service reps I spoke to were polite and efficient, we located the missing parcel with help from the rural courier service (Coural) and identified the cause as an unfortunate but understandable human error (it happens!) I also received a follow up email from the person investigating the query, who was also prompt and helpful in their replies. Given human error is inevitable in any business of this scale, how a company approaches problem-solving leaves the strongest impression for me. Nice work.”

“Read the bad reviews. Held my breath. Picked up my item without any problem. I would say that it is a large operation not suited to small consumer item pickup, but my oversized item was collected without problem. PBT called when it arrived, I said I'd be out there to get it at a nominated time, arrived an hour early and had it collected within 10 minutes. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and gave clear instructions on how to navigate the freight depot. I'd happily receive items there again.”

I can say that out of 100 packages that we send, 98 are delivered perfectly with the odd 1 or 2 going very wrong. So, I think an overall 5 star rating is justified here in our case.”

I placed an order with a company I hadn't dealt with before and they promptly sent me the PBT Courier tracking details. I was able to view the online status of my order. It was sent in two different packages on different days but both arrived together and according to the PBT tracking status. Ella from customer services was very helpful too in sending them both out together. Can recommend.”
