   Suprisingly bad service. The item for me was in their Wellington branch yesterday morning (Wednesday) so I naturally expected I would see it by the weekend. They've contacted me just now to tell me it won't be delivered until next Wednesday! They'll have it for a week. I phoned to query this, hoping it was a mistake, but no. They just told me like this was a normal level of service: I'll be waiting a week because this is the next time they will be in my neighbourhood to deliver. A week? Really? How can a freight company be happy with this? I'll definitely be asking senders to not use Fliways because of this experience.

   The guys delivered my new washer today and were amazing. Communication was outstanding, you get prompted to set up a delivery day and time via text or email, and a 30 minute alert when your item is about to be delivered. The guys got the washer up the stairs and into the house with no problems. Genuinely the best homeware delivery I’ve ever had.

   Dodgy drivers, caused a 3 cars pile up and denied responsability, wouldnt get out of the truck to check if everyone was ok... Took me over a year to get write off money (not the actual cost of the car btw) only after months of harassing their Auckland office.

   I've never done business with them but they have supported the charity i work for on more than one occasion, showing great appreciation for the work we do in their own local community. I mean, as long as we're publicly reviewing businesses with whom we have no commercial relationship. I don't have a dash-cam, but I do have copies of fully paid donation invoices.
