Spoke to 0800 number regarding my rego not received even after around 7 to 8 days and also to check where did it go. I pressed 6 to speak to the customer service who was very rude I explained to her everything but she did not understand me and thought I was speak8ng to her about renewal of drivers license but I said renewal of rego because I used a different term then them she completely misunderstood then updated system taking my details and transferred to another lady who was very very rude as well. Felt like throwing stones out of her mouth who took details and never explained why I did not receive my rego or where did it go then give me two options one to go to vtnz and grab a new label or wait for another one to come through speak8ng very very rude wi5hout apologies. Name was kerry stone.
