Parcel was picked up from the retailer at 1:30p in Auckland and delivered to me 10:15a the next morning in Wellington. I'm impressed.
12 heavy parcels containing furniture parts jolted over my 1.5m high deck fence and left right by the street, in the rain, to get soaked, stolen, damaged!!! Noone rang the doorbell. Tracking information states the whole lot is still in transit too. I am at a loss for words here...
I'm sure most of the 1 stars here are justified. However, most packages are delivered on time and unfortunately, people don't usually leave a 5 star review here. I can say that out of 100 packages that we send, 98 are delivered perfectly with the odd 1 or 2 going very wrong. So, I think an overall 5 star rating is justified here in our case.
I was skeptical after reading all the negative reviews, but I ordered my package on Monday evening and it arrived Wednesday morning, delivered to my doorstep by a friendly courier.
Instead of putting the packages one metre further sheltered, plus not in the garden, these folks opted for in the garden with no shelter. Consistently, bad service.... Stopping any repeat business from the businesses using them.
ZERO STARS, if you lookup DUMB in the Oxford English Dictionary, You will find a picture of a castle parcels employee, how do you constantly stuff up ALL my orders, I do not buy from vendors who use you as their courier service. Do not recommend these even to my worst enemy.........
Don't get a job if you don't care about doing it at an acceptable level or proficiency! Had a parcel delivered to a completely different address, and I was fortunate enough that the person living there gave me a call to pick it up. Some of these delivery couriers just don't care about the jobs they're doing, but they seem to mostly work for Castle Parcels. If you can avoid and want your stuff to be delivered, don't use them. Based on the quality and consistency of their service, this should be called Sewage Parcels - a better predictor of the kind of carp you have to deal with.
Avoid using this company! I have had a few things delivered with Castle Parcels through Mocka and I always put the delivery instructions as placing down the side of the house so people won't see it. Every time they just leave it at the front door. The message is always printed very big and clear next the the address. Not sure why they can't read the instructions. Other companies seem to have no problem with this.
