   I was nervous to send a large important package to USA , but the team here were great. They stepped me through the process and were very helpful. I’ll definitely be using them again over standard post. The delivery was very fast to New York even on economy . Big thanks to the team there, I appreciate the help and follow up communication.

   Scam company that blatantly overcharges on import duty. I had to battle with them for six months, calling and emailing every day with an email chain involving 21 people, before finally being refunded my $300 back that they tried to steal. FedEx can burn.

   worst courier company ever. I sent the item from indonesia usually arrive eithin 5-7 days but now it has been 17 days still not yet arrive. I tried to contact customer service but they rolling my calling phone to othersnperson and other departmen and at the end cut off the call. It's very bad service. I will not use this courier any more.I lost the benefits because of your delayed service.

   I paid four times the price of other courier because my items is emmagency for me. The delivery processed halfway is amazing during airplane between oversease. However the items after on the ride in NZ was awful service. Arrival Estimate Time is not clear and too wide. Their estimated until 6pm on the day. I was out just 30min lunch time, and they came here and no contact me, just leaved a letter on the doors as They will come “tomorrow “!?!? it is really emmagency stuff for me! that’s why I was spend four times fees. the courier service is awful. they should contact me either before what time come here or leave the items front.

   Worst courier company ever. Booked a depot pickup, gave me wrong address the first day and tried to deliver the courier 3 times even though I clearly told them i want to pick it up. Office staff doesn't know how to take simple instruction and were very rude. They had many excuses to tell me why it was loaded into the van 3 times. Just wasted my time and money. Can't believe Apple is dealing with these guys for deliveries.

   I am more than happy to give them zero rating, if google provides me the option. Worst customer service and pathetic, ignorant operations team. They only knew to rip off your money and inversely proportional when it comes to response and service. Never ever use this company to serve you. This is worst than fast way courier service. Its been 20 days my courier was dispatched from India and is yet to move out of their Auckland depot. Repeated followups, waste of time and money plus stress waiting for my stuff.

   Such a worst experience ever. This is the first time I use TNT and its turn out as a nightmare. My parcel arrived in new zealand four weeks before but not handed out to me. I made several calls to find out what was happening and they had only one sentance to say " our system is down so we can't check". Stupid people what I freking hell to do with your system. That was not enough, they charged more than other compnies charge to release the parcel, almost $100. No apology nothing. Never ever ever ever use this company.
