    Scheduled pickup from airport was nowhere to be found. Called and was promised an urgent pickup. After 30 minutes called back and was told I wasn't there. Never using again.

    I phoned to book a cab for early pick up in the morning to go to airport. Was told they couldn't do it, were fully booked! Seriously?!! A person can't get a cab in Christchurch at 5am?!! You have to be kidding. What an embarrassment.
