   Absolutely hopeless, left me a card saying that the driver had missed me, went on their website and left a message that they could drop it off without any signature, no joy, so I sent them an email and it was blocked, then I tried to call them and all I got was music. I have told the company I ordered the goods from that they will have no more orders from me if they continue to use PBT no response from them either.

   Appalling customer service by driver. My parcel has been on board since 6 am. It is now 3.35 pm and they marked it as a failed delivery. When I called, the woman sounded like she had no energy and was clueless about where my parcel was going. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold forever. I called back, and all of a sudden that line is not taking calls. Its not good enough. Disgusted at the service by the company. Our workplace had this problem with their drivers not long ago and now we're going through it all over again. I'm sick of making complaints. These guys need to buck their ideas up and start delivering. Literally!

   I would never recommend using this company to courier parcels. It took a week for the parcel to reach Wellington depot where it then sat in a van for 3 days instead of being delivered! When I finally rang and asked to redirect parcel I had terrible customer service, eventually told that I can get the parcel redirected, I then get a email 6pm that night to say that my parcel has been delivered to the original address and had been dumped outside by the street! Ridiculous exercise and not worth the stress.

   This would have to be the worse freight/courier company I have ever used, they don't deliver on time the Wellington city driver is rude and holds on to freight instead of delivering it, if you want good service DO NOT USE, but if you want bad service use this company!

   Useless, not only did they deliver to the wrong house they went to the back of the property and left it on the neighbours wood pile, found it a week later by fluke and the neighbours were overseas! Shocking service, wouldn’t recommend at all unless you want to lose ya packages.

   Complete Trash Delivery Driver, Lying about making a hole in my Garage, I have video footage of it. Company decides to do nothing about it. Would not recommend using these guys unless you don't care about your property.

   I was waiting for a parcel from Tauranga to Wellington. It was picked up on 03/10/22 and arrived at Wellington depot on 05/10/22. On Monday 10/10/22 I rung them to check the status, the operator lady from Auckland asked for my details and promised to follow up with the Welly depot. An hour later, she called back to confirm the parcel will be delivered asap in the next couple days. When I arrived home, the parcel was delivered at 5.57 PM(Monday 10/10). Yes, the courier was slow but I thought the operator lady did a good job to follow up. Thanks

   Absolutely terrible service. Package was sent to THE WRONG ISLAND despite me calling to confirm the correct address FOUR TIMES. Each time I was told the situation was under control and I would be called back with an update, which never happened. Passed around people with no real help. Was told that they couldn't do anything to fix the situation. Still waiting on delivery of my package. Utterly Utterly useless.

   My first experience and PBT Couriers and unlike many of the reviews, had a completely different experience which was positive. I placed an order with a company I hadn't dealt with before and they promptly sent me the PBT Courier tracking details. I was able to view the online status of my order. It was sent in two different packages on different days but both arrived together and according to the PBT tracking status. Ella from customer services was very helpful too in sending them both out together. Can recommend.
