His breadth of product knowledge is extraordinary and his ability to explain the differences between one product and another including comments about how they have been designed and the way in which they are intended to operate is amazing. “I use the delivery option...the personal shoppers are always very good at substituting items that are out of stock and also when there's free samples, they're good at making judgements and choosing based on the rest of my shopping. The delivery people are very nice too, my dog yells at them but they calm her down by chatting to her through the door. Using the delivery saver is cheaper than it would be for me to travel there and I don't have to carry anything up/down stairs or hills”
