A worker called Nick at the North West branch help my dad and I out last week, he exceeded any customer service requirements and was extremely helpful, we were on the verge of changing providers. This is a long overdue review for the amazing service by the lovely beautiful figian girl who helped us and gave my brother a chance of starting over again. We went to two spark at newly and the one next door and got declined by both spark and we walked into the One next door and gave us a phone , got given the biggest storage, got earbuds, phone accessories, and everything we needed . You guys are helping some people start over after being through such a difficult situation, much appreciated. The staff are amazing they check up on you after being left the store to ensure we got everything we needed and to come back if help is needed. You guys are the real MVP. God bless you.
I recently experienced an issue with my account due to an error made by another sales representative. Tripti took full accountability and went above and beyond to help me resolve the matter. Throughout the process, she consistently kept me updated on the progress and ensured I was informed at every stage. Her professionalism, problem-solving skills, and in-depth knowledge were truly impressive. What a circus been over a week trying to move my number to their network it was 6 days before they even got my number correct, told I could go in-store to collect my Sim but this store was just rude and useless refused to give a sim and refused to help me, lady was rude and arrogant and had no interest in trying to help me, please get out of customer service lady you have no idea and shouldn't be in that job. So after a week I give up will go elsewhere
Only if there was a option to give zero star, worst customer experience, Doesn't listen to customer nor even want to help at all. WORST!
Both One NZ calls and store service is excellent. I got my internet up and running in just few days after calling One NZ. I had some issue getting my SIM and plan activated. Went to Westgate store and the staff is very helpful and patience to resolve my issue.
Lorenzo is excellent, professional and goes above and beyond and takes time to explain things.
Your advertisements for this company are not a true representation of who works for you. You are all absolutley useless and don't care for your customers after mistakes you've caused. You always reply to your reviews with an automated respones telling me to call a number that'll leave me on hold for hours and be on the phone talking to them for hours when nothing is being resolved.
